A reservation is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed. By booking a trip with Charter Sauce, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with all trip policies communicated during the reservation process.

Deposits and final payments are subject to the pricing and payment terms provided at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods and payment schedules may vary depending on the trip or service selected.

Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies may vary depending on the type of trip booked. Please review the applicable cancellation policy provided during booking or contact us with any questions before confirming your reservation.

If weather or unsafe boating conditions require a trip to be canceled by Charter Sauce, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund in accordance with our cancellation policy.

The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Charter Sauce reserves the right to delay, shorten, reschedule, or cancel any trip due to unsafe weather, water conditions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances that could affect the safety of passengers or crew.

These decisions are made solely at the captain’s discretion.

Passengers are expected to:

• Follow all instructions provided by the captain.
• Wear safety equipment when instructed.
• Treat the vessel and equipment with respect.
• Behave in a safe and respectful manner toward all passengers and crew.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Charter Sauce reserves the right to end a trip without refund if a passenger’s behavior creates an unsafe situation.

All fishing activities are conducted in accordance with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations. Catch limits, seasons, and size restrictions are subject to change without notice.

Guests agree to follow all instructions regarding the legal harvest and release of fish.

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks, including changing weather, rough water, slippery surfaces, equipment hazards, and interactions with wildlife.

By participating in a Charter Sauce trip, guests voluntarily assume these risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. Charter Sauce is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought aboard the vessel.

From time to time, Charter Sauce may photograph or record trips for marketing and promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify the captain before your trip begins.

The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any text, photographs, graphics, logos, or other content without prior written permission from Charter Sauce.

Our website may include links to third-party websites, booking services, mapping services, or social media platforms. Charter Sauce is not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of these external services.
